7 years on from the destruction of the camp known as the ‘Jungle’, Calais is still a place where refugees struggle to survive in terrible conditions.

Blocked at the border between France and the UK, hundreds of people are sleeping rough in makeshift camps, under shopfronts or in the streets. They face constant police violence and are left behind by the Government.

WHO WE ARE

We are a coalition of 7 grassroots humanitarian aid organisations in Calais and Dunkirk who have shared resources and expertise during the many years that we have been working on the ground. We collaborate to provide food, firewood, clothing, essential legal information, basic shelter to people seeking safety and much more.

WHAT WE DO

Fundraising

We build the capacity of our members to fundraise, by helping them with grant applications, donor relations, and their overall fundraising strategies.

Communications and Advocacy

We amplify the voices of frontline organisations to raise awareness about what's really going on in Northern France. Through the media, report writing and campaigns, we're trying to change the public conversation about people on the move.

Welfare

We assist our members in safeguarding and welfare through delivering trainings, writing policies and leading the cross-organisational Safeguarding Network.
